All yarn is hand dyed in small batches and as such colorways can differ from batch to batch. If you need large quantities of a particular yarn colorway please reach out through our contact form and we will do our best to match skeins and/or dye a special order batch for your project. We do not currently create special order colorways.
All photos of yarn colorways are set to natural lighting and we try our best to capture the most realistic appearance of the yarn hanks as they appear in person. However due to computer screen differences we cannot guaranty that the photos are being shown on computers exactly as the yarn hanks appear in person.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that sometimes things happen that just don't meet your expectations
Terms of return : 30 days from purchase for any non clearance or discontinued yarn hank. All yarn returned must be in its original condition.(including ties are still present and yarn is not wound, caked or otherwise changed from its original condition.)
All De-Stash Yarn, Final Sale Yarn, Discontinued Yarn is considered a final sale as as such not returnable
State reason of return such as wrong item sent, color or type of yarn is undesirable
