• All yarn is hand dyed in small batches and as such colorways can differ from batch to batch. We do not currently create special order colorways.
• All photos of yarn colorways are set to natural lighting and we try our best to capture the most realistic appearance of the yarn hanks as they appear in person. However due to computer screen differences we cannot guaranty that the photos are being shown on computers exactly as the yarn hanks appear in person.
• All regular price yarn is returnable within (30)days of purchase as long as no strings on the hanks have been cut and the yarn is still in its original condition. Just reach out for a return authorization shipping ticket and we will send it along to you.
• All Destash and clearance yarn is final sale only and not returnable due to its deeply discounted price.
• All purchases once they are in the possession of a shipping carrier become the responsibility of the carrier and the purchaser. All packages are purchased with tracking and weighed prior to shipment . Proofs of tracking shall be supplied to the purchaser at the time of shipping. All claims of package damages shall be filed by the purchaser as they are in possession of the damaged package materials required by the carrier as proofs of damages. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide correct addresses for shipping. Imagine Fiber Arts is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by purchaser.
• In order to better serve our clients for shipping accuracy Imagine Fiber Arts videotapes all packing and package weighing processes with surveillance cameras. In the event of  reported missing item(s) Imagine Fiber Arts shall review all surveillance videos of the packaging processes as well as weight(s) of packages including the actual shipping receipt by the carrier which  provides an official package weight and dimension of the package(s). Should it be determined by Imagine Fiber Arts that the shipped package is missing items or wrong items were sent based on the video footage as well as the shipping receipt (including package weights as compared to the weights of the yarn shipped) the missing and/or wrong items shall be remedied at no additional charge to the client. Any missing items and/or wrong items sent must be reported no later than (3) days from receipt as reported by the shipping company records to Imagine Fiber Arts by the client. All wrong items sent must be first shipped back to Imagine Fiber Arts prior to the replacement item(s) being sent. A shipping authorization label/ticket will be sent to the client.
• Any disputes not resolved by our Imagine Fiber Arts Team through our surveillance videos and shipping receipts shall be governed by laws of the State of Michigan, Wayne County jurisdiction.
